KENDALLVILLE — Lona Stottler, 69, of Kendallville, died on Wednesday Oct. 7, 2015, at North Ridge Village, Albion. She was born on Jan. 13, 1946, in Sidney, Montana, to the late Arthur and Avis (Simard) Miller. She was an avid reader who enjoyed collecting books. She married Francis Stottler on July 16, 1966, in Indianapolis. He survives in Kendallville. Also surviving are sons, David Stottler of Kendallville, and Timothy (Angie) Stottler of Dallas, Georgia; and brothers, Dr. Arthur (Kathy) Miller of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Robert (Nita) Miller of Past Falls, Idaho. She was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Kay Miller. Funeral service is at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Brazzell Harper Funeral Homes, Avilla Chapel, 530 N, Main St., Avilla. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, at the Stottler Family Cemetery, Stumptown, Ohio.
