LAGRANGE — Lorita Mae Robbins, 77, of LaGrange, Indiana, died Thursday, April 7, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Robbins was born on Dec. 23, 1938, in Noble County, Indiana, to Raymond and Gaynelle (Eminger) Green. Living most of her life in LaGrange County, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Stroh Church of Christ where she loved to help on Sunday mornings in the nursery. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren. On May 10, 1958, at her family home in rural LaGrange, Indiana, she married Dale W. Robbins. He survives in LaGrange, Indiana. Also surviving are her mother, Gaynelle Cary of LaGrange, Indiana; a daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl Robbins-Frank and Wayne Frank of Auburn, Indiana; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Ann Robbins of Kendallville, Indiana; five grandchildren, Heather March, Geoffrey Speaker, Aron Speaker, Jacob Robbins, and Kathleen Robbins; two great-grandchildren, Klaudia and Korrine; and a brother, Richard Green of Angola, Indiana. Her father, Raymond Green; her stepfather, Clifford Cary; and a sister, Janet Green; all preceded Lorita in death. Funeral services will take place on Monday, April 11, 2016, at 10 a.m. at the Stroh Church of Christ, 4540 S. S.R. 1100W, Hudson, Indiana, with the Rev. Mike Hamm officiating. Burial will follow at Lake Bethel Cemetery in rural LaGrange, Indiana. Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 10, 2016, from 2-5 p.m. at the Stroh Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to Parkview Home Health and Hospice. Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange, Indiana, is assisting the family with arrangements.
