Lorraine Richter of Jarrettsville, Maryland, passed away on October 7, 2024, at the age of 78. She was born on March 6, 1946, to Charles and Noreen.

Lorraine married the love of her life, James, in 1974. Together they had two children, Michael (married to Brooke) and Bradley (married to Jeanne). She was also a proud grandmother.

Lorraine graduated from Patterson High School in 1963 and went on to work at the United States Postal Service, where she dedicated many years of service before retiring in 2008.

In her free time, Lorraine enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She had a green thumb like no other.

Lorraine will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
