Bredemann, Lorraine M.Lorraine M. Bredemann, 96, Marshfield, died on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Three Oaks Health Service, Marshfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, October 2, 2017 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield, where the visitation will be from 9:30 am on Monday until service time. Rev. Samuel Martin will officiate. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Lorraine was born on September 16, 1921 in the Town of Emmet, Marathon County, (Halder) to John and Christina (Patrie) Schirpke. She was a 1939 graduate of McKinley High School, Marshfield. She was united in marriage to Ernest C. Bredemann on March 19, 1943 in Austin, Texas. Lorraine had been employed as a pharmacy technician at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, for 20 years. She loved animals, gardening, and growing roses. She also was a Milwaukee Brewer fan and listened to their games on the radio. Lorraine is survived by her children, Paulette (Larry) Propp of Hales Corners, Dennis (Christine) Bredemann of Stratford, Eugene A. Bredemann of Pardeeville and Mary Folz and Susan K. Bredemann, both of Marshfield. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer, Lawrence Jr., Sarah, Denny Jr., Brian, Jason, Christopher, Nicholas, Erich and Bradley and great grandchildren, Rachel, Kaley, Sara, Brittany, Steve, Holly, Annelise, Rylend, Mason, Jacob, Brody, Shea and Dylan. She is further survived by a brother, Andrew (Beverly) Schirpke of Menomonee Falls. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, a daughter-in-law, Carol Bredemann, a grandson, Aaron, a great grandson, Benjamin, 2 brothers and 5 sisters. The family wishes to thank the staff of Three Oaks and Asera Care Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in Lorraine's name to the Marshfield Humane Society or St. John's Catholic Church. Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
