Lorri S. Colvin, 55MUNCIE - Lorri S. Colvin, 55, passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 2, 2017 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a short illness.She was born on March 5, 1961, in Martinsville, the daughter of Alan and Elizabeth (Young) Brackman.  Lorri graduated from Delta High School in 1979.Lorri worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Ball Memorial Hospital for several years until she married and started a family.She had a zest for life, and above all else, Lorri loved her husband and family. She especially cared for her daughter and grandchildren.  Lorri will be sorely missed by her friends and family, to whom she was such a joy.Lorri is survived by her husband, William Colvin; her daughter, Ashley Gibson (special friend, Daniel Cook); two grandchildren, Ean Metcalf and Emery Cook; her parents, Elizabeth "Libby" and Alan Brackman; her siblings, Tim (Missy) Brackman, Dixie Brackman, and Amy (Brad) Puckett; two sisters-in-law, Linda Brackman and Maryellen Colvin; and several nieces and nephews, Jonathan (Emily) Brackman, Jena Brackman, Nate Brackman, Melynda (Mitchell) James, Nikki (Tyler) Caldwell, and Christopher Colvin.She was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Brackman, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Mt. Pleasant Chapel, 7901 W. Isanogel Rd., on Sunday, January 8, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. or one hour prior to services on Monday.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Mt. Pleasant Chapel, 7901 W.
