Louis "Helias" Stiros, 81, of Bethlehem passed away on Saturday December 3, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill. He was born on February 10, 1935 in Chios, Greece, son of the late Apostolos and Theodora (Kontoyiannis) Stiros. He was the husband of the late Evangeline (Fournaris) Stiros. Louis was the owner and operator of DD Doughnuts Bakery in Brooklyn, NY. He was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem. Survivors: He will be loving remembered by his daughter, Theodora (Dori) Cosenza and husband Cosmo of Bethlehem, sisters, Helen Xenakis and Antonia Kariannis both of Greece, grandson, Paul Cosenza and wife Jocelyn, sister in law, Angie Fournaris, niece, Aglaia, and nephews, Paul, Nick, and Sotiris. He was predeceased by a son, Paul Steven Stiros and a sister Maria Petrakis. Services: Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday December 7, 2016 at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1607 W. Union Blvd, Bethlehem, Pa. Viewing hours, Tuesday December 6, 2016, from 7-9pm at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. with Trisagion Service at 8pm, and on Wednesday from 10-11am at the Cathedral. Burial will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown. Send online condolences to
