Louise was born on March 25, 1920 in Pittsburgh, PA. An honors graduate of Westinghouse HS, Louise went on to receive her degree in Nursing from the Columbia Hospital School of Nursing in Wilkinsburg, PA. Louise joined the Army Nurse Corp in 1943, where she served as a First Lieutenant and participated in the European African Middle Eastern Campaign in Brazil. During this time she met her husband of sixty-four years. Her beloved Robert passed away in 2009. Her eldest daughter, Suzanne Marie Seitzberg, died in 2011 at the age of Sixty-five. Louise is survived by daughter Marilyn (Sam) Smith, two granddaughters, Marisa (Dale) Herman, great grandson Gage, Jessica (Keith) Mastromauro, great grandsons Evan and Collin. Other loving members of her family include nieces, a nephew and their families. Louise we a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt, and all loved her dearly.
