Louise E. WolfingerSUGAR GROVE: Louise E. Wolfinger, age 96, of Sugar Grove, died at Bickford of Lancaster on December 13, 2016. She was born on June 3,1920 to the late Murray and Clara Gretter Arnold in Lancaster. She was a member of the First English Lutheran Church, where she was quite active in the church guild. Louise enjoyed reading, specifically the bible, and spending time with her family. She was survived by her sons, G. Steven (Nancy) Wolfinger and Ronald E. (Dottie) Wolfinger; three grandchildren, Melissa (Mikael) McLaren, Jonathon (Rachel) Wolfinger, and Michal Marie Wolfinger; great grandchildren, Murphy and Conner McLaren, and Alexandria and Jameson Wolfinger.Louise was preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband of 53 years, Darrell G. Wolfinger. The family would like to give a special thanks to both the Bickford of Lancaster and the FairHoPe Hospice for all the love and care they provided to Louise over the years.A funeral service will take place on Friday at 10:30AM at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, officiated by Rev. Brian Dillahunt. A committal service will follow the service at Maple Grove Cemetery in Lancaster.
