We are saddened to announce the passing of Louise Tolbert, who left this world on April 29, 2025, at the age of 87. She was born on September 7, 1937, in McCormick, South Carolina to her loving parents Johnny and Wheilmena Tolbert.

Louise leaves behind a legacy through her three children Vanessa Tolbert, Latoya Linton (spouse Steffon Linton), and Micheal Tolbert. She was also a proud grandmother to five grandchildren.

Louise was a graduate of McCormick High School and had a knack for cooking up delicious meals that brought joy to her family and friends. Her famous banana pudding will forever be missed at family gatherings.

Although Louise is no longer with us, her memory will live on through the joy and laughter she brought to all who knew her. Rest in peace, Louise Tolbert, and may your kitchen in heaven forever be stocked with all your favorite ingredients.
