Lowell Houp, a beloved member of the Ludlow community, passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 73. He was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to his work. Lowell was born on March 3, 1951, and spent his life spreading joy and positivity to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his infectious laughter and his willingness to always lend a helping hand. Lowell's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.
