Mr. Lowell O.J. Strong Jr. was born August 8, 1947, into the holy matrimony of Lowell Sr. and Beatrice Strong {Wells}.  Lowell Jr was the older of two children. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and amazing baby son {Lowell Micah Strong} in 1973.

Lowell Strong Jr. Graduated from Soldan High School Class of 1962. He also later attended ITT technical institute and Graduated with a degree in IT in 1968.

Lowell Strong was an avid sportsman who enjoyed fishing, football games and Gambling. He was a true fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He was involved in many social and public community projects for the betterment of the neighborhood. He was extremely popular and always maintained a positive image always. Lowell spent many years as a driver for the St. Louis Yellow Cabs Company, Organ donors Driver, First Star and many others companies.

Mr. Lowell O.J. Strong Jr. lovingly known as LOW departed his life at 9:30 A.M. on September 10, 2023. He loved his children very much. He enjoy spending holidays with his family and friends the most. He would always capture the moments with his camera. Lowell had very special love for his dog ROSCO. When you saw Lowell, you always seen Rosco.

Mr. Lowell Oliver James Strong Jr. leaves to cherish his Beautiful Memories his children Darmaine Strong, Tracy R. Strong, Estress C. Lindsey III, LoShanika Strong, Rodney E, Strong {Brittani), Shatia G. Strong. His Grandchildren Takiyah Strong, George V. Jones, Aubrianna Strong, A’Nyla Strong, Kyla Lindsey and Kamori J. Strong; Brother Walter Strong. And a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, other loving and devoted friends that will miss him dearly.
