Lucy L. Cookformerly of Westford; 88 WEBSTER -- Lucy L. (LaMesa) Cook, 88, of Webster, formerly of Westford died peacefully on November 28th at the Webster Manor Nursing Care. She was born on May 13th 1928, in Winsted, CT., a daughter of the late Carmelina and Antonio LaMesa of Winsted CT. She is predeceased by Billy G. Cook, husband of 53 years. Mrs. Cook came from a close Italian family and is predeceased by 5 siblings. Theresa Rudnansky, Ernestine Frechette, Josephine Gilzinis, Antonio LaMesa and Paul LaMesa. Her sole surviving sibling is Carmen LaMesa. Additionally Mrs. Cook is survived by a Daughter Debra (Cook) Tesell and husband Jack of Webster MA, a son William Cook and his wife Linda of Dunstable MA. Four grandchildren, Tiffany and Chelsey Tesell and Ethan and Evan Cook and two great-grandchildren Henry and Triston. Mrs. Cook was a long time communicant of St. Catherine of Alexandria Church in Westford. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and spending time with her beloved family as well as her lifelong friends and neighbors from Westford. In addition, she was a true sports enthusiast. After her career as an x-ray and Lab Technician at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnum,CT., Mrs. Cook moved to Westford where she resided for 50 years. While raising her family, Mrs. Cook worked part time at Donelan's Supermarket of Littleton, MA for many years until her retirement. COOK -- Family and friends may call at the J. A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 N. Main St., WESTFORD, on Friday, December 2, from 10 AM to 12 PM.
