LuElla E. Zuehlke RACINE- LuElla E. (nee: Mann) Zuehlke, 88, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013. LuElla was born on June 27, 1924 to Oscar and Ida (nee: Kruggel) Mann on the homestead farm near Good Thunder, Minnesota. On December 10, 1944, she was united in marriage to Merlin D. Zuehlke in Good Thunder, MN. After moving to Racine, LuElla became a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in which she was a choir member. She had also been employed as a Stanley Home Products Dealer for many years. She is survived by a son, Daniel (Jeanne) Zuehlke of Juneau; daughter, Valarie Kreuscher of Silver Lake; daughter-in-law, Annette Zuehlke of Westfield; and son-in-law, Gary Haug of Racine. LuElla is further survived by her grandchildren, Melissa (Randy) Beebe of Raleigh, NC, Amanda (Keith) Darding of Columbus, OH, Jamie Lynn (Michael) Giddy of Waukesha, Donald (Autumn) Zuehlke of North Augusta, SC, Jeannie (Ryan) Warzynski of Mansfield, TX, Tara (Ken) Leiting of Silver Lake, Scott (Nicole Bernett) Nelson of Racine, Holly Nelson of Pahoa, HI, Derek (Lindsey) Haug of Racine, and Rachel Haug of Racine; in addition to numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. LuElla was preceded in death by her husband, Merlin; son, Jamieson; daughter, Tarasea Wheary-Haug; six brothers, one sister and their spouses; three brothers-in-laws and two sisters-in laws.
