Lugarda "Lou" Tone, 94, a Yuma native was called home on Sunday, June 7, 2009, by the Lord, to join her loved ones who have gone before her. She was born on August 5, 1914. Mom was a beautiful person with a loving heart who always showed love, and concern for her family and friends. She was very fashionable and loved the color pink. We will miss you Momma, you will be in our hearts forever. Lou is survived by her daughters, Lydia Galindo, Delfina Alvarez, Roberta Ibarra, and Mary Morales; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Lou was preceded in death by her son, Ruben Lopez; and her companion Arie P. York.
