Lugenia Gadson Major., was born June 3, 1952, in Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Albertha Gadson. 

  She procceded death by her son Moses Major lll

She was educated in a public schools of Georgia. She was a member of Emancipation Baptist Church.

 Survivors include: her widow, Walter Major of the home; two daughters, Jessica Major, Princian Major-Tucker; 4 sister, Eula Gadson, Emma Cladwell, Lizzie Gadson, Ollie Mae Gadson all of Georgia; 3 brother, James Gadson of New York, Mike Gadson, Pual Gadson both of St.Matthew SC, 13 grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
