Luis E. Rodriguez Olivares, 55, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023 in St. Cloud, Florida. He was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico to Isabel Olivares and Victor Rodriguez. He obtained his education in Puerto Rico and became an electrician. 

In 1991 Luis met the love of his lifeTania Torres Morales and they married in 1997. They began a family having 2 children and eventually moved to Florida in 2008. Luis had a passion for his family, had an impeccable work ethic, and was an avid cyclist meeting and making friends wherever he went. 

Luis is survived by his loving wife, Tania, 2 children, Tatiana, Luis Alejandro, and 1 grandson, Joshua. 

Luis will be missed dearly by his family and all who called him friend.
