Lupe Chavez , 97, passed away on March 12, 2017 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born on October 29, 1919 in Alamogordo, New Mexico to Carlos and Luz (Najera) Granados. Survivors include her eight sons, Arthur (Prestinia) Chavez of Alamogordo, NM; Martin (Dorothy) Chavez of Plano, TX; Ernest (Agnes) Chavez of Albuquerque, NM; Eddie (Liz) Chavez of Las Cruces, NM; Frank (Theresa) Chavez of Alamogordo, NM; Christopher (Diana) Chavez of Dallas, TX; Ralph (Debbie) Chavez of San Diego, CA; Rene (Maria) Chavez of Ft. Worth, TX; two daughters, Anna (Art) Carrasco of Midland, TX; Monica (Mike) Hill of Cincinnati, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband Eloy G.
