Tana, LydiaLydia Tana passed away on November 9, 2016 at the age of 95. Lydia was born on September 6, 1921 in the Bronx, NY to the late Ralph and Nancy ( Gramaglia ) Gigante. Lydia started Fieldston Travel in Riverdale, NY and owned it for over 40 years. She was an avid reader and an excellent cook. Lydia was predeceased by her husband Ralph. She is survived by her brother Mario Gigante; her son Ronald and his wife Nora; her daughters Elena Adovasio and her husband Peter, Lydia Brini and her husband Vincent. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd. #3, Greenwich, CT. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Rd., Norwalk, CT. 06851. Burial will be private.
