Marcella Ann (Knox) Carter, 64, passed on Sunday, December 10, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida surrounded by family, prayer, and love. She was born in Waycross, Georgia to Earl and Josephine Knox and was the youngest of 11 children.

Marcella left behind her husband, Charles Lee Carter, their six children: Annabelle, Elliot, Charles Jr, Vincent, Roman; and 19 grandchildren. Marcella was loved and cherished by her family and friends. She touched many lives and was respected by her community.
