Margaret Carter Morse Murrells Inlet Margaret Carter Morse 88, the widow of Clarence Herbert Morse, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Margaret was born on June 2, 1925 in Center Cross Roads, Georgetown County, the daughter of the late William Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Flowers Carter. Margaret and her husband Clarence were owners of Morse's Oyster Roast in Murrells Inlet. She was a member of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include her five daughters, Judy Rhodes (David), Pansy Morse, Gail O'Sullivan (Gerry), Ginger Watkins (Ron) and Kim Morse all residing in Murrells Inlet; six grandchildren, Rick Rhodes (Casey), David Rhodes IV, Greg O'Sullivan (Ashley), Daniel O'Sullivan (Catherine), Russell Watkins (Jordan) and Jennifer Watkins and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sisters and five brothers. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, February 7, 2014 at Belin Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery.
