Margaret "Peaches" Knoellinger, age 69, of South Branch, formerly of Birch Run, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Sept. 11, 1947 in Flint to the late Joseph and Mildred (Campbell) Krause. Margaret loved arts and crafts, sewing, bingo and knitting hats to donate to local charities. She was also an avid animal lover. She especially loved her dog, Molly. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, just playing cards and cracking jokes. Margaret leaves behind her loving husband of 33 years, Ernie E.C. Knoellinger; amazing sister, Mary Singley; caring mother-in-law, Betty Knoellinger; her children, Janet (Thomas) Jones, Eric (Lynn Stelter) Knoellinger, Danny (Theresa Adler) Dalley and Lynn (Chris) Campbell; grandchildren, Joshua (Courtney) Jones, Jordan Jones, Nathan Stead, Sydney Campbell, Zoey Campbell, Alex Knoellinger and John Knoellinger. Margaret was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Ernie Knoellinger Sr., affectionately known to her as "Pa."A memorial service will be held on Friday Oct. 14 at noon at the Hale Chapel of Buresh Funeral Homes with a visitation from 10 a.m. to noon.
