Dec 13, 1959 - Aug 20, 2018

This obituary is administered by:

In Loving Memory

Margaret Mary Jason of Valley Stream, New York, left us unexpectedly, on August 20, 2018, in Ocala, Florida at the age of 58. Margie was born to the late Paul Dennis Jason, and the late Margaret Mary Jason, December 13, 1959, in Brooklyn, New York. Margie spent her early years in Valley Stream, attended Blessed Sacrament School and graduated from Central High School. She recently moved to Ocala, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her siblings, Kathleen, Paul, and Teresa; nephews, Matthew, Christopher, Patrick, Paul; niece, Cindy; and sister-in-law, Connie.

Margie was happy living with her caregiver, Maryanne and her two dogs, Maxine & Cody, in Ocala. She enjoyed cooking and baking in her younger years. She would take on challenging recipes and donated baked goods to Blessed Sacrament’s “Bake Sale” Fundraisers. Margie enjoyed celebrating the holidays with family, especially Easter and Christmas. She loved family barbeques and summer outings at the beach. She was a very good listener and was always ready to talk over tea or coffee.

Margie was a fun-loving person, full of happiness and had a sweetness about her that kept her young at heart. She was excited to do the simplest of things especially shopping, dining, fashion, and hanging out with people she loved. She was an inspiration, able to look at things with a positive attitude and to live life in the moment.

If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to NAMI. Please tell those close to you how much you love them because we “know not the day nor the hour.”

We love you, Margie!

You can to the family or in memory of Margaret Jason.
