Margarete Leech, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2025. Her vibrant spirit and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Margarete was known for her exceptional culinary skills and her perpetually cheerful demeanor. Often found in her kitchen, bright red lipstick a signature touch.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Margarete is survived by her children: Barbara White, Nancy Booth, Frank Leech, and Joe Leech; her grandchildren: Christin White, Jeremy Dowdy, Heath Dowdy, Tabitha Davis, and Margie Philips; and numerous great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored.

A service celebrating Margarete's life will be held at Parkview Funeral Home, 2775 Parkview Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06605, on Saturday, April 13, 2025, at 10:30 AM. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home.

 She will be deeply missed, but her warmth and kindness will remain in our hearts forever.
