Krueser, Margarethe 86, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 15, 2016. She was born on May 21, 1930 in Bad Ischl, Austria as Margarethe Lachmayer. She met her husband William Krueser in Kufstein, Austria and they moved to Caldwell, New Jersey in 1949. Gretal, as she was known to all, worked for many years at the Friar Tuck Inn in New Jersey before moving West in 1986 to be with family. Gretal is survived by her daughter Peggy, son-in law Ken, cherished grandsons Geoffrey and Matthew Goldberg, her brother in law Charles Krueser of East Hanover, sister-in-law Betty Quinn, brother-in-law Larry Quinn of Clermont, Florida and all of her nieces and nephews. Everyone who met her grew to love her. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. A private Memorial Service will be held by the family. Desired donations to East Valley Hospice, 1311 W.
