Margore "Margie" Marie Maynard-Allen 81, of Kopperston, WV passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2019 in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. Margie was a beloved Mother, Sister and "Nanny" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She worshiped at Kopperston Freewill Baptist Church. 

She was born on January 17, 1938 in Warfield, KY, a daughter of the late Russell Maynard (Deceased) and Ollie Maynard (Deceased). In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Vondie Spratt (1937-2016) whom she married on August 30, 1965 in Pineville, Wyoming County, WV (per WV Marriage License Register, Wyoming County, WV, 1965, Page 244, Application Date: August 24, 1965); and a sister Pauline Maynard-Cline (Deceased). 

Survivors include three children, Joseph V. Torres, Kimberly Spratt-Smith & husband William Smith, and Philip Spratt & wife Erin Spratt; sisters, Louise Maynard-Spisak, Bonnie Maynard-Sarsfield & husband John Sarsfield and Debbie Maynard-Belcher; brothers, Buddy Maynard & wife Linda Maynard, Darrell Maynard & wife Brenda Maynard, and Johnny Maynard & wife Deloris Maynard; three special grandchildren, Candice E. Torres, Brittany M. Amad and Hayley M. Blair; a special friend Thelma "Irene" Womack; four great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday August 3, 2019 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home with Pastor Raybon Cook officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until time of services on Saturday 3, 2019 at the church.
