Maria Ortiz, 78, of Springfield, Massachusetts, passed away on December 24, 2024. She was born on February 1, 1946. Maria was a beloved member of the community, known for her kindness and generosity towards others. She will be remembered for her warm smile, her love of gardening, and her passion for cooking delicious meals for her friends and neighbors. Maria's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her, as she leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire others for years to come. She is survived by her children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private service will be held in Puerto Rico for immediate family.
