On May 5, 2024, the world lost a shining light with the passing of Maria Cubillo of Modesto, California. Maria, born on September 9, 1998, brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.

Daughter of Steven and Veronica Cubillo, Maria was a loving wife to her husband Jack Cubillo, whom she married in year 3. Although they didn't have any children, their love for each other was evident to all who knew them. And a loving sister to her sisters Alyssa, Adriana and Alexis Cubillo.

Maria dedicated her life to helping others as a nurse, making a positive impact on countless lives. When she wasn't caring for others, she could be found pursuing her passion for dancing. Her graceful moves brought a smile to everyone's face.

Despite a courageous battle, Maria passed away from cancer, leaving a void in the hearts of all who loved her. She will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the joy she brought to those around her.

Rest in peace, Maria. You will be greatly missed.
