It is with heavy hearts and an empty hair salon that we announce the passing of Marianna Henderson. Born on January 26, 1994, Marianna rocked her way through life until she sadly passed away on April 2, 2023.

Marianna grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, where she attended Washington High School. She was always a bit of a social butterfly, and her witty humor could make even the grumpiest of teachers crack a smile.

After graduation, Marianna pursued her passion for hair styling, and quickly became the go-to stylist for all the cool kids in town. She loved nothing more than helping people feel good about themselves, even if that meant she had to endure some questionable hair experiments.

Marianna was a proud mom to her two amazing children, Taryn and Lola. She never missed a dance recital, soccer game, or school play, and her infectious laughter could always be heard from the sidelines.

Marianna was preceded in death by her father, Harold, who never quite understood why she wanted to cut and color hair all day. She is survived by her mom, Leslie, who was always her biggest fan, even when her hair experiments didn't quite turn out as planned.

Unfortunately, we couldn't ask Marianna for a quote before she passed, because we never expected things to be this way. So to my sister rest in peace my love. We promise to keep your name alive within our community. We promise to protect your babies and make sure they know how strong their mama always was no matter the situation. We promise to make sure everybody still leaves your salon with a fresh hair do and a smile on their face. We love you Marianna, until we meet again ..
