KADELSKI, Marie Anne"Cora" ChagnonMarie Anne "Cora" Chagnon Kadelski, 102, of North Palm Beach and Jupiter, FL, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016. Cora was born on May 10, 1914 in Webster, MA to Henry and Albina (Lusignan) Chagnon. She was the youngest of seven children. Cora was married to Joseph W. Kadelski, (deceased in 1997), for 65 years. They were very devoted to one another and life was beautiful! Cora was a "Red Cross Volunteer Nurses Aide" during the war and later worked for The Travelers in Hartford, CT as a secretary for 25 years. Her joy in life was entertaining, decorating, baking, crafts of every kind and collecting Hummel figurines. Her niece, Cheryl Checkers, (Amanda) of Jupiter, Ceal Salvante of North Palm Beach, Janice Cantatore of Palm Beach Gardens and Elizabeth Taylor of Jupiter shared wonderful memories along with Cora's many friends. Cora's second family and caregivers Debbie Quigley-Markovic and Milenko enjoyed having her live in their home as a vital member of the family. She was "Grandma Cora" to the grandchildren the past 12 years and will be missed at the family table. Thank you to ALL who helped care for Cora. Interment of Cora's ashes, alongside her "Joe" will be at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, FL at a later date.
