Marie M. LentzSpring GroveMarie Mae (Jackson) Lentz was called home on February 7, 2016, at York Hospital. She was the loving wife of Paul D. Lentz; together they shared over 52 years of marriage.Marie was born on October 12, 1934, in Spring Grove and was the daughter of the late Ernest Lee and Lottie (Altland) Jackson. She graduated from Spring Grove High School Class of 1952. She was a devoted wife and mother and was involved with helping others as a member of Roth's Christ Lutheran Church of Spring Grove. She leaves behind her husband, Paul Lentz of Spring Grove; her children, Keefe Lentz and wife Barb of Spring Grove, Kim Corallo and husband Ken of Spring Grove, and Blake Lentz and wife Debbie of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Sabrina Trice, Justin Spangler, Natalie Robertson, Kari Goldman and Blake Lentz II; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Kayla Noel Lentz.A funeral service in celebration of her life will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Irwin-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., 175 N. Main St., Spring Grove, with the Rev. Bradley Dayette officiating. Interment will follow at Christ Roth's Cemetery in Spring Grove.
