Bader, Marietta S.Marietta S. Bader, 65, Rio Creek, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday March 26, 2017. She was born on July 7, 1951 to the late Alvin and Pearl (Petit) Korth. She married Ted Bader on September 9, 1972. Marietta worked at Sweet Seasons in Dykesville for 30 years. She loved spending time with her family, loved her cats, cooking, helping family and friends, and loved to travel.Marietta is survived by her husband, Ted; her daughter Susan (Joe) Steiner; son, Joe (Katie) Bader; grandchildren, Alexandria, Meredith, and Colt; brother, Alex Korth; sister, Zoe (Jim) Fameree; mother-in-law, Eunice Bader; sisters-in-law Vicki Challis, Terri (Brian) Guilette, Brenda (Roger) Steinfeldt; nieces and nephews; and many friends.She was preceded in death by her infant son, Brian; brother, Bill; father-in-law, Orbie; and sister-in-law, Barb.Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 pm at St. Louis Catholic Church, Dykesville. A prayer service will be held at 8:00 pm with Parish Director Pat Ratajczak officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Marietta's name.
