Mr. Marion Cline Feagle, 94 of Lake City passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010. Mr. "Cline" as he was known, was born on January 2, 1916 in Lake City, Florida to the late David Phillip and Cora Witt Feagle. He was a lifelong resident and farmer in Columbia County, graduate of Mason City High School, served as a County Commissioner for 12 years and was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a great friend, a loving father and grandfather. Mr. Cline was a great story teller who could tell story after story about hunting, fishing and politics. He never met a stranger and will also be remembered for his generosity and warmth. He loved spending time on the river fishing, farming and hunting.Mr. Feagle is survived by his seven children, James Feagle (Janice), Aldine Feagle (Dorothy), Wendell Feagle, Farrell Feagle (Geraldine), Marlin Feagle (Diane), Geraldine Stuart and Olivia Greene (Bob) all of Lake City and his former wife of thirty five years, Mrs. Mary Etta Feagle Lowe, Lake City. Seventeen grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren also survive.Graveside funeral services for Mr. Feagle will be conducted on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery on US Hwy 441 South of Lake City with Rev. Wilbur Bock, pastor officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8:00 PM at the Mason City Community Center. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery Fund at 834 SE Aldine Feagle Dr., Lake City, Fl 32025.
