Marion Molly Carbone1929 - 2017Molly Carbone was born on Sunday, October 13, 1929, joining her mum and dad and 8 siblings in Northampton England. She often spoke of her family who always had good food, lovely but minimal Christmas' and the fresh orange, nuts and a shiny new penny in her Christmas stocking. She spent many nights with her family in air raid shelters because of WW II. During the war she met her handsome husband and traveled to America to start her married life in Boston, Massachusetts. She and Bob welcomed a baby girl first and then a son. Her family was complete. In 1956 Molly and her 2 children moved to San Jose CA, followed shortly by Bob. They bought their first home . She so enjoyed decorating the home and planning the landscaping. It was a beautiful home. She made delicious dinners and had lovely table settings. She was an artist with a keen designer eye for decor.Molly always had a lovely home that so many people commented on. Molly worked at Los Gatos Community Hospital for over 20 years. Many friendships were made there. In 2006 at age 77 she and Bob (aged 87 at the time) moved to Boise Idaho. Here she had the home of her dreams on the golf course. Of course beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Many family dinners and get togethers were enjoyed at her home. She will be missed by us all very much.Molly is survived by her husband Bob Carbone, daughter Geri Carbone, Grandchildren, Matt Duggan (Andi), Karen Ruttke (Uwe) Liz Carbone, Michael Carbone ((Kelly) and Kevin Carbone, great grandchildren, Rob, Ryan, Kathryn, Kristin and Nicholas and her very special friend Helen Tanner. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, David Carbone.Remembrances may be sent to Idaho Humane Society or St. Lukes Hospice, Boise Idaho.
