It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marjorie Roulhac, who was born on November 24, 1953, and passed away on April 27, 2024, in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Marjorie was the beloved daughter of Albert Lee Brooks and Phyllis Bartley.

Marjorie was a loving spouse to Joseph Roulhac, whom she married in the year 20. Together, they were blessed with a daughter, Carlita Smith. Her brothers, Cleophus Brooks (Betty) and Stanley Brooks (Jacquleine); her siblings-in-law, Bobbie Brooks, Mary Smith and Walter Lee; her aunts, Emma Kemp, Bessie Bartley and Shirley Bartley; her stepsons, Terrence Roulhac (Ava) and Michael Roulhac (Daisy); and her nieces and nephews, Michael Brooks (Tamika), Alvin Brooks, Christopher Brooks (Vernoica), Maurio Brown (Tameka), Lindell Brown (Tina), Anthony Cocobassey, Stanley Brooks, Jr., Carl F. Smith (Anjela), Michelle Johnson (Ernest), Arnesha Brown, Latoya Goodman, Destyni Howard, and Jessic Lee. She is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, church family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Family Cemetery (1238 Ballard Ridge Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at the same location.
