Mark Alexander McLeod of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on February 15, 2020.

Mark was born on June 12, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated high school from Christian Brothers College and earned a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Mark taught music at Vashon High School and Flynn Park Elementary. He also flew small planes for a period and gave music lessons throughout his life.

Mark was an entertainer at heart. He was very approachable and always had a joke to tell. He played the saxophone, clarinet, guitar, and numerous other instruments. He loved to play the piano for a crowd. Mark loved animals, loved to read, and would never refuse a nice conversation accompanied by great food.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother Mike McLeod, ex-wife Joyce McLeod-Henley, and daughter Jennifer McLeod. Mark's family is hosting a celebration of life at 2 PM on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 2 Spoede Woods, Creve Coeur, MO. If you are planning to attend please contact his daughter at (314) 707 6296.
