Mark Riley, 39, passed Tuesday, November 28, 2017. He was born to James Riley, and Sally, February 17, 1978 in Circleville, Ohio.
Mark graduated from Lancaster High School in 1997 and received a degree from Ohio Valley Christian University in 2001. He married Rachel Riley in 2006. Mark was self-employed.
Mark is survived by 2 children: Mark Jr. (Rachel), and Michelle (Rachel).
