Mark Sanchez, 47, peacefully went to be with the Lord on April 9, 2017 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He was born on September 13, 1969 in Alamogordo, NM to Raymond and Nellie Sanchez. Owners of the Royal and Mighty Nice Bakery's.Mark Sanchez was raised in Alamogordo NM and graduated from Alamogordo High School in 1988. He attended truck driving School and receive his CDL which started his Truck Driving career in 1990 and that same year married Michelle Maygarden. Mark Drove for 26 years and his family would go with him during the summer to have family vacations; truck driving was in his soul. Mark enjoyed deer hunting with his brother, spending time with his family and friends, and traveling to new places while driving trucks. He was a very loving and giving man, He will be missed deeply.Survivors include, spouse of 26 years, Michelle; children, Kelly Sanchez of Baytown TX, Jessica Elliott, of Baytown, TX Tyler Ortiz wife Candace of California City, CA; grandchildren, Caleb Elliott, of Midland, SD, Mackenzie Elliott, Baytown, TX Lincoln Ortiz, of California City, CA; sisters, Elaine Sanchez, of Alamogordo, NM, Joan Sanchez of Las Cruces, NM; numerous nephews and nieces and aunts and uncles; and best friend, Ted East and wife, Bonnie of Alamogordo, NM.He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Sanchez; his mother, Nellie Sanchez, daughter Christina Sanchez and his brother Steven Sanchez.A graveside service for Mark Sanchez will be held at Monte Vista Cemetery in Alamogordo, New Mexico on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 11:30am.Pallbearers include Son, Tyler Ortiz, Daughters Kelly Sanchez and Jessica Elliott, Grandchildren Caleb Elliott, Mackenzie Elliott, Friends Ted East, David Pitt, Richard Jensen, And Honorary Pallbearers Brother Steven Sanchez and Daughter Christina Sanchez.Should friends desire, contributions may be made to Hamilton-O dell Funeral Home.The Sanchez family has entrusted their loved one to the care of (Hamilton-O dell Funeral Home) to direct the funeral services.
