Gutterud, Mark Gary Mark Gary Gutterud, 55, passed away surrounded by family and friends on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. He was born on February, 5 1961 to Laura and Donald Gutterud in Moorehead, MN and moved to Boulder, CO where he spent his childhood. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and sister. Mark attended the University of San Francisco and studied art and photography. Mark was a successful camera/visual effects assistant and a member of the 600 camera local for over 30 years. He worked on movies that took him all over the world. He was more than a son, brother and friend; he was the person you went to get help with anything. Mark will be greatly missed but he has left a lasting legacy for many years to come. Services will take place on Saturday, October 22, 2016, 11:00 a.m., at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 114 Carlisle Blvd. SE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. A celebration of life will be hosted by family and friends in Boulder, CO thereafter. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Immanuel Presbyterian to the Kiva that aims to facilitate micro-loaning between the people of developed and developing countries to improve financial opportunities for less advantage communities.
