This lifes journey peacefully and unexpectedly came to an end March 7th, 2025 at a local hospital for Mark Bettencourt, 69, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, . He was born on May 4, 1955 in Modesto, California, to Manuel and Victoria Bettencourt , only minutes ahead of his twin brother, Marlin. Community of Hilmar, California, where he was known for his hard work as supervisor at Gallo farms cheese factory, his kind heart and his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone who came to him in need. He had a passion for music, football, and spending time with his two sons,Brian and Scott. He never missed any of their football or basketball games rhroughout their school years and was always there for them when they needed him to be. Mark leaves a legacy of loyalty, hard work andvunwavering dedication to family and friends, and will be remembered by those who had the priveledge of knowing him , for his charming smile, his unique sense of humor, and his calm spirit.
Mark is survived by his son, Brian Bettencourt. Of the home, 2 grandchildren , 2 brothers, marlin and wife Bobbette Bettencourt. Norman and Gloria Bettencourt, 1 sister, Yvonne Dyrland, all of Hilmar, California,and several nieces, nephews,and friends.
Marks loved ones who have preceded him in death are his son. Scott Bettencourt of Hilmar,California, his wife. Kathy Johnson-Bettencourt of Turlock, California. His parents, Manuel and Victoria Bettencourt of Hilmar, California, And 1 sister Linda Parmeley, also of Hilmar.
