Marni Samantha Gertner passed Friday, September 29th, 2017 at the Southern Ocean County Hospital in Manahawkin, New Jersey.  She was 43 and was born in Long Branch, NJ.  She resided in Lakewood, NJ before settling in Barnegat, NJ. 

Marni received a certificate of completion of the course in Allied Health Medical Assistant with Advanced Clinical and volunteered at a non-profit organization that helped the homeless and the working poor communities. Marni was kind, caring and had an energetic soul that many people loved.  She will truly be missed by many.  

Marni is predeceased by her parents, David and Rosalind Gertner, brother Howard Gertner and sister Edie.

Marni is survived by her 5 children: Ashley, Zachary, twins Kaitlyn and Davien, Marisa; one sister, Jennifer Adkins and many other extended family members.  

Marni was buried on October 3, 2017, at Congregation B'nai Israel Memorial Park, 1488 Old Freehold Rd. Toms River, NJ 08753
