Marshall Craven, 59, of Magnolia, Texas, went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2023. Marshall was born in Houston, Texas, on September 29, 1963, to DeLinda Duane Frazier Craven and George Bruno Jergenson. He attended Sealy High School and went on to obtain his B.S. in accounting ( earning his CPA, CFA, and CIA) from Sam Houston State University. Marshall married his beloved bride, Amy Serface Craven, in 1992, and soon welcomed six children who were the pride and joy of his life. Marshall spent his career as a CPA specializing in fraud investigation. Additionally, he felt called to become a peace officer and volunteer with the HCSO as a sergeant to serve the community. He was a member of the congregation of Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic Church, serving as a devoted servant of Christ throughout his lifetime.Marshall is survived in death by his beloved wife, Amy Serface Craven, and his six beloved children, Lyndsay, Chelsea, Mallory, Juliana, Spencer, and Timothy; his sisters, Kimberley Dreger, Tamara Frels Shurtleff, and Holly Frels Raymond, many nieces and nephews, and his aunt, Dianne Frazier.He is preceded in death by his parents DeLinda Duane Frazier Craven, George Bruno Jergenson; grandparents, Mary Lucille Frazier and Edward Paul Frazier; uncle, Edward Paul Frazier II; niece, Sydney Dreger, and step father, Max Frels.Marshall spent his life earnestly serving Christ as a devoted disciple, husband, father, brother, and friend. He is celebrating joyfully today as he is reunited with his Father in heaven. He would want us all to know this and to be reminded that during our brief stay on this earth, we are implored to love one another, to notice our brother who is suffering, to reach out and share the Good News and the love of Christ with all whom we encounter.
