Marta Rodriguez , 84, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed on October 02, 2022. Marta was born in Cuba on February 23, 1938. Nearly 54 years ago, Marta & Renee Rodriguez fought hard for their independence and escaped the harsh life they knew in Cuba to raise their two beautiful twin daughters. Because of my them, We got to experience our ever-rich culture while living a life free to be who we choose—something they wished for their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Their story is incredible. She is incredible. And we will forever be grateful for every laugh, every smile and every opportunity we had to be in her presence. Marta Leaves behind 2 daughters Leticia & Lisette, 3 Granddaughters Amanda, Jessica, Adriana, and 4 Beautiful Great Grandchildren Kristian, Carter, Vivian, & Aeneas.

A light from our lives has gone A voice we loved is still. A place is vacant within our hearts which can never be filled.

A bouquet of beautiful memories sprayed with a million tears. We wish God could have spared you if just for a few more years.

We hold you close within our hearts, And there you will remain. To walk with us through out our lives untill we meet again.

So Rest In Peace dear grandmother and thanks for all you've done. We pray that God has given you the Crown you've truly won.

A limb has fallen from the family tree. But I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me".

Remember the best times, the laughter, the song. The good life that I lived while I was strong.

Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you. Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.

My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all, how truly I was blessed.

Continue traditions, no matter how small. Go on with your lives, don't worry about falls.
