Martha Carol O’Roark, 77, of Culpeper, VA passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at the Center for Acute Care in Charlottesville. Since 2016 she has been a resident of Our Father’s House independent living in Culpeper, VA. She was born November 25, 1946 to the late John T. and Julia C. O’Roark in Virginia. 

Carol attended Wakefield High School in Arlington and furthered her education at Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale. She began working at First Virginia Bank, know known as Truist and later in life worked for Dr. Sabatoni in Arlington as his dental assistant. Carol was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Reva. 

Carol is survived by her cousins, Randy Clark (Deborah), Robin Lunceford O’Brien (Patrick), Teresa Gill, and Rebecca Demarco (Roger); and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her aunts and uncles. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Stonewall Memory Garden, 12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109. 

A memorial service will follow on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Adam Meisberger officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:30 a.m. 

Pallbearers serving the family are Randy Clark, Steven O’Brien, Zach O’Brien, Raymond Bender, and Don Sintic.
