Martha J. Wagner (nee Grosnick), 92 years old, of Gurnee and Ingleside, IL passed away peacefully on October 5, 2022. She was born on April 13, 1930 and raised in Waukegan, graduating from Waukegan High School. Martha worked at OMC Engineering and retired after 30 years of service. She married her husband Robert (Bob) Wagner in 1955 and celebrated 63 years of marriage prior to Bob's death in 2019. Martha was preceded in death by her husband Bob; her parents Frank and Inez Grosnick; and siblings Frank Grosnick, Clara Steele, Paul Grosnick and Ursula Zinger. She is survived by her children Patricia (William) Vasilius of Gurnee, IL, Michael (Becky) Kansas City, Mo, Frank (Carolynn) Wagner of Springfield, Mo and Joseph (Chris) Wagner of Grayslake, IL. Martha was blessed with 6 grandchildren Kevin, Farrell, Kimberly, Courtnie, Shaunna and Heather; great grandchildren Cadence, Sydnie,A.J., Wesley and Johnny. She was anxiously awaiting the arrival of her 6th great grandchild. Memorial visitation will take place on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until time of mass at 11:00 a.m. at Village Church of Gurnee 1319 North Hunt Club Road Gurnee, IL 60031.
