Martha Magdalena Widmer HulseFebruary 21, 1919 - March 10, 2016Martha Magdalena Widmer Hulse passed away on March 10, 2016, at the age of 97 at the Sunshine Terrace, Logan, Utah. Martha was born on February 21, 1919, in Geneva, Idaho, to Samuel and Nellie Widmer. Martha worked hard all her life. She did babysitting and housekeeping for the Daines, Everton and Laub families of Logan. She also worked many years at Del Monte in Smithfield and at Gossner's Cheese Factory in Logan.She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Delton, her sister Mabel Fowers, and brother Merrill Widmer. She is survived by her siblings Vernon Widmer, Susie Hirschi, Violet Porter and Bruce Widmer; her daughter Norene Hulse Ewing, her son Mardell Hulse and wife Carolyn; her grandchildren Annalee Hulse, Christine Hulse Didericksen and husband Shawn, Dallas Hulse and wife Jessica Ryan Hulse and great-grandchildren Tyler, Megan, Lexie, Samantha, Paige, Taylor and Zachary.She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be missed by all. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.The family truly appreciated the kindness, help and friendship that Christy Burton shared with Martha. The family would like to express their gratitude to all of those at Hospice and the entire staff at Sunshine Terrace.
