Martin Jones, 91, of Portland Maine, passed Sunday, January 28, 2018. Martin was born to Richard Jones, and Edna Jones, September 18, 1926 in Portland, Maine. He married Martha May Jones, and they lived together in Portland.

Martin worked for Army until he retired. In 1961 he was honored with the Purple Heart.

Martin is survived by 3 children: Judith Brubaker, Martin Jones (Karen Jones), James Jones (Maggie Jones). He also is survived by 7 grandchildren.
