Marvin Parran, beloved son of Talbott and Mary Parran, passed away on August 10, 2024 in Baltimore, Maryland at the age of 63. He was the life of the party and always had a joke ready to make others laugh.

Marvin was born on May 1, 1961 in Baltimore and attended Baltimore City Public high school, where he was known for his charming personality and sharp wit. After graduating, he went on to work at the Baltimore City PEACE Team, where he made a positive impact on his community.

In his free time, Marvin enjoyed singing and dancing, as well as trying his luck at the casino and playing the Maryland lottery. He was always up for a family fun event and loved spending time with his loved ones.

Although Marvin did not have any children of his own, he was a father figure to many and will be remembered for his contagious laughter and warm heart. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Baltimore City PEACE Team in Marvin's honor.
