Marvin Zufelt, 75, of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, passed Sunday, September 01, 2019. Marvin was born to Harold Zufelt, and Mary Elizabeth Nowry, September 12, 1943 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.  Marvin worked as a Teamster truck driver in Rochester, NY until he retired in 1988.

Marvin also served his country in the United States Army.

Marvin is survived by 5 children: Michael Zufelt (Angela Zufelt), Holly Elizabeth Clemons-King (Shane King), Christina Lyn Rondon, Michelle Zufelt-Kaarlie, and Kelly Marie Z Stokes (Seth Stokes).  He had 14 grandchildren: Eric Zufelt, John Lee Saunders IV, Matthew Zufelt, Emily Zufelt, Mia Rondon, Kayla Zufelt, Jordan Kaarlie, Shane Clemons, Zane Kaarlie, Ryan Clemons, Landon Elliott, Rylie Elliott, Jaden Zufelt, Lily Elliott and 2 great-grandchildren: Zayden Zufelt and Luna Colyer.

Before passing our father asked that we do a private family gathering instead of a memorial service at a "stuffy funeral home". Our family will honor his wishes with a celebration of Life on his birthday, September 12th. 

Everyone who remembers him is asked to celebrate Marvin's life by raising a glass of one of his favorite drinks (beer or a chocolate milkshake) in his memory.
