FAIRBORN — Mary E. Frame of Fairborn, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2015 at the age of 86 in home under the loving care of her husband and hospice. She was born on January 3, 1929 in Glenville, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Minter and Myrtle (Connor) Mowery. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two beloved sons, Dallas and Bill Mowery; and ten brothers and sisters. Mary's surviving family includes her devote and loving husband of 45 years, John; three children, son, Oscar Moon and his children Brian and Stephanie; daughter, Katherine Walters and her children Elizabeth and Krystal; son, John L. Frame and his children John, Jacob and Julianna; Bill Mowery's children, Gloria, Caroline, and William (Billy); Dallas Mowery's children, Melinda, Patrice and Debra; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Holly, Gage,Zoey, Kimberly, Nathan, Maria, Cole, Jayden, Brandon, Brianna, Adam, and Olivia. Family and friends are welcomed to gather and celebrate Mary's exceptional life on Sunday January 25, 2015 from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E.
