Mary Helen Williams, age 81, of Louisville, KY, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville.
She was born on February 27, 1935 in South, KY, the daughter of the late Hubert and Mildred Hunt Moon.
She was a housewife who enjoyed traveling, shopping, and working in her ceramics shop. She was a member of Faith Chapel General Baptist Church in Louisville, KY.
She is survived by her husband, Everett Williams, of Louisville; three daughters, Kay Bratcher (Bob) and Donna Wichmann (David), both of Louisville, and Terri Decker (Darrell), of Brownsville, KY; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sue Lindsey, of South, KY.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, J.D. Moon.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the South Union Baptist Church in South, KY. Bro. Donald Ray Davis will be officiating. Burial will be in the South Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
